In the digital world, every brand has their online presence and incorporates social media in their digital marketing strategy to reach their prospective customers.  Imagine yourself in a position where you are using one tool for one platform and have to make reports on desired Key performance Indexes from every single tool separately. There are few drawbacks to this like you end up spending lot of time in making reports for various KPIs and you miss out giving appropriate time to analyze the reports and drive actionable insights which as a result messes up the company’s digital marketing business.

Gone were the days when we use to use a single tool for a single platform. Now that there are many tools which are capable of keeping a track of all your social media activities from scheduling a post for social media to engaging with people who are looking for your brand or to problems for which your brand is providing solutions, we will talk about one such tool in this blog.

Sprout has features like suggesting you the best time to post so that your content can reach the maximum people, see all the feeds within the website rather than going to the social page.

Very useful info here. Thanks for sharing. Is it possible for me to import audience from SproutSocial into Facebook custom audience list and do some targeted marketing there. Like if I know a group of people who are engaging with my company on Twitter and LinkedIn and I’m responding to them from inside Sprout – it’d be great if I could import them (cookies / email ids / social handles?) into my ad platform and target them with some different message. Is that even possible?

      Hi Tauqueer,

They currently don’t have this option to import but by integrating it with the zendesk we can fetch data there and import it for our retargeting purpose.

Hi Prashant, this is an amazing tool. I believe we can track our competitors as well using this? Can we?

      Hi Nikita,

We can track our competitor’s social media activities only with SproutSocial, unlike SimilarWeb where we can do in-depth competitor’s analysis. Will be writing more about it in my next blog post.
